What Year 3 looks like outside the schedule
OB-comprehensive pathway
Residents pursuing the OB-comprehensive designation lean their inpatient selective into Obstetrics. Graduates leave able to manage labor independently in a rural setting.
Senior team responsibility
On the inpatient family medicine service, third years run the team — interns and rotating students follow your lead, with faculty supervising.
Funded retreat, again
Third-year residents get one more funded three-day retreat at a resort of their choice. A program-paid send-off before graduation.
