Beyond rotations
What Year 2 adds
Continuity at two clinics
Two half-days a week at the Center for Family Medicine, plus time at Falls Community Health Center — a federally qualified health center serving the city's underserved population.
Rural medicine, not theory
A required four-week rural rotation puts you in a working clinic somewhere like Parkston, Milbank, Mobridge, or Madison. It's not a tour. Residents can choose where they want to go.

The senior year is where you specialize.
Year 3 is the elective-heavy year — global health, perinatology, LGBTQ medicine, endocrine. You shape it.
