Activities/Interests outside of medicine
Sitting on the porch with a cup of coffee and cuddling my baby boy is my favorite morning routine. I find renewal in nurturing my Catholic faith and regular physical activity through various seasonal hobbies, including bike rides, golfing, group fitness classes, and cross-country skiing. Playing cards is at the heart of family gatherings, especially Euchre, Hearts, and Cribbage. Cooking hearty breakfasts, exploring hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and listening to the latest episode of the Crime Junkie podcast are favored weekend activities with my husband.

Full spectrum family medicine with OB and a special interest in fertility awareness/NFP, restorative reproductive health, and integrative medicine.
